My name's Tom, I am a physical preparation coach with King Sports International. The fitness industry focus narrowly on strength and conditioning and represents this as the only types of training. In this group we will focus on a more holistic approach to training that include all the athletic qualities (technical, tactical, physical, psychological) and all the physical qualities (flexibility, strength, speed, and endurance) to help members have the opportunity to reach their potential. If you have not had the results you believe are possible or just want to find the best way to train for you, then this is the group for you.
