we will spend 30 minutes on learning to assess our bodies and determine what we need to stretch followed by 1 hour of stretching based on our assessment findings. Aimed at teaching you to listen to your body, to incorporate stretching for injury prevention and for performance enhancement based on your needs and sport/activity.
You will need a comfortable mat or similar to put on the floor. A comfortable pad or similar to kneel on. A towel
