Open Door Meditation is a welcoming, down-to-earth meditation group rooted in Buddhist principles, but open to all. You don’t need to be calm to begin — just willing. We explore mindfulness, compassion, and insight through meditation, brief readings, and open-hearted discussion. Whether you're new to practice or returning, this space invites you to reconnect with yourself and others in a spirit of honesty, acceptance, and transformation.
