Birth Doula Talk | Los Gatos
Details
Birth Doula Talk meets the second Saturday of every month from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM at Oak Meadow Park in Los Gatos, near the carousel.
Please bring a blanket and anything you need to feel comfortable outdoors. We begin each gathering with a guided meditation, followed by opening our birth circle with a check-in and intention. It is from these intentions—the questions, experiences, fears, curiosities, and needs that are present in the circle—that our conversation begins.
Each gathering is a little different. We may explore birth preparation, positioning, pelvic floor awareness, movement, the birth environment, partner support, the baby’s experience, or simply make space for the questions that arise as you move through The Art of Becoming.
Please wear comfortable clothing, as some gatherings may include gentle movement and embodied exploration.
Bring a snack to share if you’d like. Partners and siblings are warmly welcomed.
Come as you are. Bring your questions, your story, and your curiosity. This is a place to connect with other families, learn together, and begin building your birth village.
