TUSCAN ITALIAN CUISINE – ROSTI TUSCAN KITCHEN

This evening we’ll join fellow members Mike & Alan at Rosti Tuscan Kitchen in the Montana District of Santa Monica. Rosti pronounced (Row-stee) Short for Rosticceria, means an informal Italian countryside kitchen or restaurant. We’ll travel to the Italian countryside this evening as we enter Rosti Tuscan Kitchen. Rosti Tuscan Kitchen started as a love affair with smell of fresh herbs and feel of hand-picked garden vegetables. Rosti Cuccina Italiana is a transplant of simple Tuscan countryside cooking where fresh herbs and wholesome ingredients will marry one another and create a delightful experience. Their trained chefs start with Sage, Rosemary, Thyme, Sweet Basil, Garlic and Marjoram as their star ingredients and then add the finest Meats, Seafood, Pasta and Cheeses to complete the picture allowing all those flavors to do their dance on the palate. Most entrees are under $30. Make room for their yummy desserts. We may be sitting in their outdoor patio. There are heaters but bring a light covering for the evening.
