CALIFORNIA FARE – SUPERBA FOOD & BREAD SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13th, 7:00 P.M.
We’ll join fellow member Mike at Superba Food + Bread in Venice. Superba is a budding local concept, bringing its popular breakfast pastries, breads and California-centric menu. The space is bright and airy and rather industrial. Outside there's corrugated steel walls that harken back to the original; inside is filled with custom-designed everything, from the light fixtures to the banquettes and refurbished Kyoto chairs, and a lot of communal tables. The decent-sized patio is surrounded by sunshades and Douglas firs. Most entrees are under $25. Make room for their tasty desserts! In case we dine outdoors in their covered patio, bring a sweater or jacket just in case. There are heaters. This dinner is limited to 12, so sign up soon. There is lot parking in front of the restaurant and street parking on Lincoln Blvd and nearby streets. Read the signs for any restrictions.
