Happy New Year! We'll kick off 2026 this evening as we'll join fellow members Mike & Alan at Ekkamai Thai Restaurant near Culver City. Ekkamai Thai Restaurant gets its name from an area in Bangkok at Sukhumvit Soi 63. Situated next to trendy Thonglor, it's where old meets new and is diverse in food and culture. Their entrees are traditional from handed down recipes using the freshest of ingredients. Their popular dishes include spicy mint noodle and the Dinner Special, which comes complete with soup, salad, rice, an egg roll and a choice of entrée, such as kung pao or prik khing. Most entrees are under $20. Don't forget to make room for dessert! This dinner is limited to 12, so sign up soon. The reservation is under Alan’s name. The restaurant is on the left side. There is some free parking behind the restaurant, metered parking (free after 6 PM) & street parking. Read the signs for restrictions.
