Join me for a centering and heartfelt meditation experience with no demands and no expectations. Meditating with others can be a more joyful and expanded experience because of being in the presence of the field of likeminded-ness and love.
Meditating is beneficial for all minds, whether you’re already feeling peaceful or if your mind tends to run wild. All minds are welcome!!
The purpose of meditation practice is not to meditate your whole life, it’s to merge the meditation practice into daily life so that you operate in a state that is more peaceful, flexible, and harmonious with life. Remember, meditation is a practice, so it won’t ever be perfect. The objective is to let go of expectations and just allow everything to be as it is.
