Welcome to our first meditation Meetup of 2026, on 15 February!

Dear Meditators!

We would like to invite you to our first meditation Meetup of 2026 on Sunday 15 February in Jönköping!

We are a meditation community in Jönköping that meets every second Sunday morning at Folkuniversitetet. See below for our planned dates for this spring. (Please note that Folkuniversitetet has moved to a new location: Barnarpsgatan 7, Jönköping)

We are really happy to see old friends again as well as anyone who is new to our meditation community! Both experienced meditators and beginners are welcome.

During the meetup we will:

• Practice sitting and walking meditation in short sessions and then finish with a longer session at the end.
• Enjoy a tea break.
• Have small and inspiring talks and reflections which are relevant to our meditation practice and daily life.

Ulrika will lead the group meditation and discussion. The event will be in English but you can also participate in Swedish if you prefer. You are welcome to bring up topics, in which case send a message or talk to Ulrika before the next coming meetup.

Please arrive by 9.50 to settle in and we will start the meditation at 10.00.

Kind reminder:

• Please wear comfortable/loose clothing.
• Please bring a meditation cushion or any cushion that make you sit comfortably on the floor. We have meditation mats 65x65x4 cm to place underneath your meditation cushion. Otherwise you are of course also welcome to sit on a chair.
