Louisiana Cosplayers Valentine's Picnic

It’s that time of year and the season of love is upon us once again for our annual cosplay Valentine’s Picnic at Highland Road Community Park.

Schedule:

• 11:00 AM ~ Valentine’s Exchange: Small favors to share. Everyone who participates will be entered to win the Cupid’s Helper Award, the more creative the better!
• 12:00 PM ~ Picnic: We will have water and cupcakes, bring lunch for yourself or to share. We recommend bringing a blanket to lay on the grass or a chair if you are uncomfortable sitting on a park bench or on the ground.
• 1:00 PM ~ Announcements: Valentine’s Spirit & Cupid’s Helper Awards
• 1:30 PM ~ Group Photo
• 3:00 PM ~ Meetup Ends

Additional Rules:
Respect all members, civilians, and park attendees as well as its employees.
NO horseplay, NO drama, NO drugs, NO alcohol, NO fighting, NO props, NO weapons. Even if it is obviously fake, from a distance it can be mistaken for a real weapon and risk calling the authorities and ruin the meetup.
This is a PG-13 event. No explicit costumes or Valentine’s. No profanity. Minors will be present, please be respectful.
