Who We're Looking For
We welcome anyone who touches the customer journey — from the CSM managing a book of business to the account manager building long-term relationships, to the support leader putting out fires and building loyalty at the same time. The common thread? You care deeply about the success of the people you serve.
What We Do
Right now, we gather on the Fourth Friday of every month for lunch at some of Louisville's best local spots. We eat good food, swap real stories from the trenches, and dig into a topic that matters to CS professionals right now. No keynotes. No pitch decks. Just honest conversation between people who get it.
Past topics have included integrating AI into your CS practice and the great debate: To QBR or not to QBR? Every month brings a new discussion, and every voice at the table matters.
Our Goal
We're here to grow — as professionals and as a community. We want to learn what's working (and what isn't) from the people living it every day, support each other through the challenges, and build a Louisville CS network strong enough to stand alongside the best in the country.
