Join us and meet women who want to build friendships, prioritize self-care, and encourage each other. We will start with introductions, play a few fun icebreakers, and talk about what we’d love to see from this community.

✨ What to Expect ✨

This is not a structured fitness class or bootcamp. Think of it as a virtual wellness and accountability meetup where women come together to focus on themselves while supporting one another.

We’ll begin with a brief welcome, introductions, and a fun icebreaker to help everyone feel comfortable and connected. After that, we’ll spend time working on our individual fitness goals in a shared Zoom space.

You can choose the workout that works best for you—whether that’s yoga, stretching, strength training, walking on a treadmill, dancing, Pilates, or any other form of movement you enjoy. The goal is simply to show up for yourself while being surrounded by a supportive community of women doing the same.

• 10 Welcome and introductions
• 5 minute Quick icebreaker and check-in
• 60 minute Independent workout time
• Encouragement, accountability, and positive vibes throughout
• 15 minute Optional wrap-up and celebration of our wins

💕 What to Bring:
• A yoga mat or comfortable workout space
• Water bottle
• Any equipment you plan to use for your personal workout
• Comfortable clothing
• A positive attitude and willingness to support other women

Remember: this space is judgment-free. There is no pressure to perform, compete, or keep up with anyone else. Every fitness level is welcome, and every step forward is worth celebrating.
