Join us for Low & Slow Flow, a 21+ immersive workshop blending mindful movement with plant-forward education. We’ll begin with a 30-minute introduction to cannabis wellness, where educator and writer Rebecca Olmos will guide you through various product types, their effects, and how to thoughtfully integrate them into your self-care or movement practice.
Afterward, enjoy a 45-minute slow vinyasa flow led by seasoned yoga instructor Jackie Um (with over 10 years of teaching experience), designed to ground the body and quiet the mind.
Each participant will receive a curated gift bag featuring premium plant-based wellness products.
