Festival of Lights Fun Walk

Join your humanist friends at the Holiday Festival of Lights Fun Walk at James Island County Park. This is an event put on by Charleston County Parks as a preview for their popular Festival of Lights. We have done this the last two years and had a great time!

Tickets are $38 per vehicle, and expected to sell out fast, so buy tickets now!

This event is part of a sneak preview of the annual Festival of Lights at James Island County Park. The walk is 2 miles on a paved course through over 200 light displays. After the walk, participants are invited to enjoy the festival's amenities.

Plan to arrive by 6 pm. The gate closes to additional entrants at 6:30 pm. The walk will start once all cars are parked. See the park's event site linked above for all the additional details.

Tickets are per vehicle, not per person. We will try to plan a rally point outside the park to meetup before the event to carpool.
If you would like to participate in the event, but the cost presents a challenge, please email us at shl@lowcountryhumanists.org. We expect that some of our ticketed participants will have room in their vehicles to bring additional people.
