Grundy Walking Club (Library sponsored walk)

You’re invited to join the Grundy Walking Club! Participants meet at 1:00 pm on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month (September, October, November) for a one-two mile stroll around historic Bristol Borough.
We will meet inside the Library on the north side of the building (Youth area) before venturing outdoors. Remember to dress for the weather, wear comfortable shoes and sunscreen.
A one-time 2025 signed waiver of participation is required to walk during these events. The waiver is available at each meeting date.
Escorted by a staff member, Club members will enjoy the scenery of the nearby Delaware River, and the benefits of fresh air and exercise in good company. We’ll be striding the very streets walked by industrialist and U.S. Senator Joseph R. Grundy; Michael Dougherty, a U.S. Medal of Honor winner; and Averell Harriman, a ship manufacturer and WWII U.S. diplomat.

We will meet in front of the library at 12:45 to introduce ourselves to the rest of the group and then walk down to the library to sign up.

If you plan on bringing a guest make sure they understand they will need to sign up when they get there and sign a waiver. You will also need to add them to your count when you register.
