I realize this one is very short notice but I decided to post it anyway. There will be others and this will take place for six weeks in October and November.

Discover the ancient art of Tai Chi & Qigong at the Library on Thursday, October 16, 23, 30 and November 6, 13, 20 at 1:00 PM with instructor Arlette Twersky! These six sessions are at an introductory level and will take place outdoors, weather permitting, at the Grundy Library (680 Radcliffe Street, Bristol, PA).
Join us for a serene and invigorating session that will introduce you to the principles of these gentle martial arts, which promote physical well-being and mental clarity. Whether you're seeking to improve your balance and flexibility, reduce stress, or simply try something new, this is the perfect opportunity to experience the calming effects of Tai Chi and Qigong in a supportive and welcoming environment.
What to bring: Comfortable clothing and shoes, and a water bottle
Registration is required for each individual session.
