🇰🇷 Korean-English Cultural Exchange 🏞️ Urban Hike |
Sun, May 31, 6:00 PM(👇 See below for English description!) * The Don River Valley, just east of Downtown, is a great place to enjoy some nature and get a break from the city life. Join us for a fun afternoon of hiking, speaking in both English and Korean, and making new friends. Whether you're a fluent Korean speaker or still learning, this event is perfect for anyone interested in Korean language and culture. **Remember to bring bug spray and water!** **If the weather is bad, we will postpone this event.** **Route:** We will follow the Lower Don River Trail, and then we can get on to the Taylor Creek Trail. My plan is to go to Victoria Park Station. **The Route is about 8km and will take around 2 ½ \~3 hours.** Of course, this is an urban hike, you can get off the trail whenever you want and take the TTC home. This will be an easy, flat trail with a paved path. **Fee**: **3 CAD**. I will also bring some fresh bread 🥖to share. Cash or e-Transfer (ryankw94@gmail.com) I have to pay an annual subscription fee to Meetup to keep this group up. 💸 Unfortunately I have to ask people to pitch in a couple dollars and help me out so that I can continue hosting. **Contact**: You can contact me on [Insta (@ryankw94)](https://www.instagram.com/ryankw94/) or on KakaoTalk (ID: ryan.kw )
