Queridos alumnos y amigos: El 28 de febrero nos volvemos a encontrar en una clase de Yin Yoga, creada con intención y cuidado para abrir el corazón y permitir que el espíritu habite el cuerpo. Vivimos tiempos de mucha exigencia, prisa y sobreestimulación. El estrés sostenido no solo agota la mente: contrae el cuerpo, vuelve la respiración superficial y hace que la fascia pierda elasticidad, generando sensación de rigidez, cierre y desconexión interna. 🪷Cuando el cuerpo se contrae, también lo hace el corazón. Y poco a poco dejamos de sentir espacio dentro. En esta clase de Yin Yoga abriremos un espacio seguro y amoroso para soltar esas tensiones profundas. A través de asanas sostenidas, respiración consciente y presencia, trabajaremos suavemente sobre la fascia, los tejidos profundos y el sistema nervioso, favoreciendo la creación de espacio interno, físico y emocional. ⏩Beneficios de esta práctica de Yin Yoga: •Liberación de tensiones profundas acumuladas por el estrés •Mayor elasticidad de la fascia y movilidad suave •Regulación del sistema nervioso •Apertura del pecho y del área del corazón •Sensación de calma, integración y conexión interior El Yin Yoga nos invita a no forzar, a escuchar, a permitir. EL TALLER HOY 13 DE FEBRERO ES EN EL **CARRER MATA 32, METRO PARALEL - LÍNEA VERDE** - Se trata de un taller de pintura acondicionado para ESCRIBIR! ¡Bienvenidos al taller de escritura creativa de los viernes. En este taller nos enfocamos en aprender y fomentar la escritura creativa. Hay un moderador que plantea un tema a fin de que todos los asistentes escriban un relato, poema, diálogo, etc. de forma creativa. Después leemos lo escrito y recibimos feedback. No importa si eres un escritor experimentado o si acabas de empezar, este taller está hecho para ti. Todo lo que necesitas es un papel y bolígrafo, o un ordenador si lo prefieres, y muchas ganas de pasarlo bien mientras conoces a gente que comparte tu pasión por la escritura. Nuestro objetivo es que te diviertas mientras aprendes, que te inspires a escribir más y conozcas a gente que tiene tu misma inquietud. We'll gather at Neal's spot with the goal to create for 2 hours, with some quick breaks in between. Last one of the year! Below is our approx. schedule - so please try to be on time :) 6:30pm - arrival and 5 minute setup 6:35pm - \~10 minute word vomit 6:45pm - 5 minute break and reset 6:50pm - 30 minute writing sesh! 7:20pm - 5 minute break 7:25pm - \~30 minute writing sesh! 7:55pm - 5 minute break 8:00pm - \~30 minute writing sesh! 8:30pm - 10 minute decompression meditation 8:40pm - If folks want a final writers sesh, we do it. Otherwise, we say goodbye :) As this is the last one of the year, I'll have some wine out too and we can hang and/or go out somewhere afterweards!
