Am 12. November findet der **[INNOQ Technology Day](https://technologyday.innoq.com/)** statt, unsere kostenfreie Online-Konferenz rund um Softwarearchitektur, -entwicklung und digitale Produkte. Von 9 bis 18 Uhr stehen zwei Keynotes und 18 Vorträge in drei parallelen Tracks auf dem Programm. **Im Anschluss an das Tagesprogramm** laden wir Euch zu uns ins INNOQ-Büro nach Berlin ein. Dort greifen wir zwei Themen vom Tag noch einmal auf. Danach habt Ihr bei Snacks und Getränken Zeit, Euch mit den Speakern und den anderen Teilnehmenden auszutauschen. Johannes Rave und Aminata Sidibe bringen ihre Sessions vom Tag als Kurzvortrag mit und gehen dabei tiefer ins Thema. Dann wissen wir, mit wie vielen Leuten wir planen können. **+++ Die Talks +++** **No Constrain, No Gain: Struktur für den Agent, Klarheit für den Menschen, Flexibilität für das Unternehmen** Johannes Rave, INNOQ AI Coding Agents sind bemerkenswert gut darin, Code zu erzeugen. Ob dieser Code die tatsächlichen Anforderungen des Unternehmens widerspiegelt und ob er auch sechs Monate später noch sinnvoll ist, ist eine ganz andere Frage. Die Versuchung ist groß, das als Prompting-Problem zu behandeln und dem Agenten mehr Kontext, bessere Anweisungen und klarere Ziele zu geben. Ein oft übersehener Hebel ist dagegen die Architektur. Wenn die Domänenlogik ihren eigenen, klar abgegrenzten Platz bekommt, getrennt von der technischen Infrastruktur um sie herum, passiert etwas Interessantes: Der Agent bleibt fokussiert, Menschen können tatsächlich prüfen, was wichtig ist, und das Ganze bleibt änderbar, ohne dass alles neu geschrieben werden muss. Johannes Rave stellt einen Ansatz vor, wie man dorthin kommt und wie ein paar gut platzierte Einschränkungen Freiheit schaffen. **Über Johannes:** *Johannes Rave ist Senior Consultant bei INNOQ. Whether you're attending SAG or simply interested in software architecture, Java and the impact of GenAI on software delivery, you're very welcome to join us. **🎤 Chris Richardson** **Fast Outer and Inner Loops: Prerequisites for GenAI-Powered Software Delivery** GenAI coding agents have the potential to rapidly make changes. But an agent does more than edit files: it makes design decisions, runs tests, pushes changes through the deployment pipeline into production, and analyzes the results. These steps form the same two loops that human developers use: the outer change-deploy-analyze loop and the inner edit-test-analyze loop. Agents fulfill their potential only when both loops are fast. Chris will explain how architecture determines the speed of both loops and introduce six architecture and design techniques for making them faster. He'll also explore why organizations using coding agents can outgrow a monolith sooner, and the signals that indicate when it may be time to move toward microservices. **About Chris** Chris Richardson helps organizations modernize their application architectures to accelerate software delivery and enable fast, sustainable flow, a prerequisite for effectively using coding agents. In this practical PyLadies workshop, we will test that promise on a small public dataset by comparing simple forecasting baselines with zero-shot foundation models such as **Chronos-2, TimesFM 2.5, t0-gamma, and Kumo Forecast**. Using a **straightforward backtesting strategy** and **practical evaluation metrics**, we will answer an important question: does a foundation model beat a sensible baseline on this data?
