At Tomo’s, guests are welcomed and shown to a table by our friendly front-of-house team. Orders are conveniently placed at the counter for ease of payment, after which our staff provide full table service — serving water, food, and drinks directly to your table. Throughout your visit, our team remains attentive and approachable. It’s a warm, friendly style of hospitality that blends Melbourne’s café culture with Japanese attentiveness, creating a memorable dining experience for every guest. **Event Organiser Fee** A $5 organiser fee is required to secure your place at this event. Your RSVP will be confirmed once the fee has been paid. This fee helps cover the monthly Meetup organiser subscription, as well as the time and effort involved in organising events, reserving places and creating activities for the group. Thank you for supporting the group and helping me continue to create enjoyable, small-group events! **Refunds** Full refunds are available up to 24 hours before an event starts. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable. This helps keep members accountable and ensures spots aren’t held unnecessarily when others may be waiting on the waitlist. **Small Group — MAX 8 Attendees** This event is capped at 8 attendees to keep our small-group format. A paid RSVP through Meetup is required. **No walk-ins or unregistered guests.** Your name will be checked against the RSVP list when you arrive. Please only attend if you have a confirmed RSVP through Meetup. If you’d like to bring someone, they must have their own RSVP. **Waitlist** If you can no longer attend an event, please remove yourself from the waitlist as soon as possible. This gives someone else the opportunity to take your place and helps us keep our small-group events running smoothly. Thank you for being considerate of other members!

Coffee Meet up | God-led Business Owners & Creatives

Coffee Meet up | God-led Business Owners & Creatives

Tue, Sep 22, 9:30 PM
From God-led Entrepenuers, Business Owners & Creatives |Melbourne

God‑Led Business Owners, Entrepreneurs & Creatives is a gathering for those building with purpose — founders, makers, creatives, and business owners who are committed to walking with Jesus as they create, innovate, and lead. This meet‑up is a space to support one another, share enriching conversations, and navigate the worldliness, pressures, and complexities of the industries we’re in. This community exists as an opportunity to support one another, and not feel isolated in the unique journey that is entrepreneurship, owning a business or pursuing creative endeavours. We get together to talk about the real stuff — the challenges, the wins, the spiritual battles, the opportunities, and the calling behind the work. If you’ve been craving conversations with other big thinkers, dreamers, and action‑takers who love God and are building boldly, this is your space. Given this will be our first meet up, we will structure with both casual networking, and also have a few questions to get the conversation flowing. **WHERE: I'll aim to be on the big communal table to the right as you walk in !** Look forward to meeting you!

Frequently asked questions

Business breakfasts are events where professionals meet in the morning to network, discuss industry trends, and share knowledge over breakfast. These gatherings offer a chance to expand business connections and explore collaborative opportunities.

On Meetup, you can easily search for business breakfasts by entering 'Melbourne' and related keywords in the search bar. This will display events that match your professional interests in the area, making it easy to find relevant meetups.

Attending a business breakfast allows you to meet local business professionals in Melbourne, exchange ideas, and build a broader professional network. It's a great way to gain insights and connect with like-minded individuals.

To join, find an event on Meetup, check if it fits your schedule and interest, and RSVP to confirm your attendance. Most groups are welcoming, and attending is a valuable way to start your day with new connections.

Some business breakfasts may have associated costs to cover venue or meal expenses, while others could be free to attend. Details will usually be available on the event's Meetup page.

Topics can range from industry-specific discussions, marketing tips, and economic trends, to personal development and leadership strategies. Each event may have a different focus, depending on the organizer and attendees.

Yes, Meetup allows you to create your own events. Start by forming a group, setting a theme, and organizing the logistics. Hosting is an effective way to position yourself as a leader in your field.

Dress codes may vary. Generally, smart casual is appropriate for most business breakfasts. Check event details or contact the organizer if you're uncertain about the dress expectations.
