This is **not a high-intensity workout** or a muscle-pumping fitness class. Instead, we use **slow-tempo exercises and isometric holds** to strengthen the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints that support healthy knees and better movement. Open to anyone looking for a supportive place to do mobility training without doing it alone. **✅ All fitness levels are welcome.** **Training includes:** * Introduction * Warm-up * Circle training * Stretching Please wear comfortable sports clothes and **bring** water and **your own mat**, as we´ll be doing stretching on the floor. ☕ After the training, we'll head to a nearby café to relax, chat, and exchange experiences. **📍 Meeting point:** Gleisdreieck Calisthenics Park **Important** * This is a self-paced group training session, not medical rehabilitation. * No participation with acute injuries. * If fewer than **3 participants** register or if it **is raining**, the session will be **cancelled automatically**.
