Join our **CATAN** Meetup to play, socialize, and enjoy this classic board game. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player. Expect fun, friendly games, plenty of laughter, and the chance to make new friends. We will have two CATAN sets available for up to six players each, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis 2. Since each game takes a considerable amount of time, arriving after a game has already started may make it difficult to place you at a table 3. In such cases, you may need to place your first two settlements on the remaining available parts of the map—if space allows 4. Please make sure to update your RSVP in advance. Failure to do so may cause unnecessary delays for everyone at the start 5. Not showing up without notice will result in being blacklisted for at least one future meetup

This is a board game night for you to meet up and play in a relaxed and respectful environment. The event is exclusively for people who identify as FLINTA\* (women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender). We play casual and family games as well as strategy games and heavy euros. **General information** Come alone or bring your friends. There will be some games and snacks on site, but you’re also welcome to bring your own. We’re especially happy to welcome people who enjoy explaining rules. Hello peeps, welcome to the private meetup for board games in Berlin. Look forward to a relaxed boardgames event in a community centre. We will be playing inside the community centre. If you are looking for a group or games, just join us in the front. The entrance fee is 3 euros for the rent of the community centre rooms and cleanup of the rooms. We look to play in the Nachbarschaftszentrum „Bürger für Bürger“ near Bernauer Strasse U-Bahnhof. We usually play all types of games for example social deduction, casual, euro games, and strategy games. If you are new, is no worries, I will help you connect to a group. We start games every 15 mins so do not worry if you are late. We mostly play in the English language as it is the language most people are comfortable with. We usually bring games with us but you are welcome to bring your own. Due to corona rules in Berlin (for more info: https://www.berlin.de/corona/en/measures/), please make sure to follow the rules on the page. The meetup is strictly for a maximum of persons as stated in the meetup so please register on the meetup event before. Please follow the rules and hygiene concept from the community centre. Please do not bring outside drinks. Please smoke or gather in the night not outside the community centre as we look to be accomodating to the neighbours. But it is in Persia, where the game truly flourished and evolved into what we now know as 'Takhte Nard'. Archaeological findings suggest that early forms of backgammon were played in Iran over 5,000 years ago. Artifacts such as game boards and dice have been discovered in sites like 'Shahr-e Sukhteh' (The Burnt City), indicating the game’s ancient origins.

**Hello every boardgame enjoyer!** We'll continue our weekly boardgame evenings every Wednesday in Drehmoment (Glasgower Str. 29, 13349 Berlin) from 19:00. You are all invited to join us! You can expect a lot of fun light games suitable for the location. We have a small library of games you are free to use (but you are also encouraged to bring your own). The games are fast so feel free to join any time! Gamers of all experience levels are welcome. Drehmoment is a classic Berlin bar, they offer varius drinks and have the best cocktails in Wedding. We have a big room in the back just for us. We are allowed to bring your own food and they have snacks for sale. A couple of ground rules that we take seriously: 1. We are guests at Drehmoment, please treat their staff with respect. 2. There is no entry fee but please support the bar by buying drinks or snacks while you are playing. 3. Second round, because last time was fun. This time we got a typical Berlin game on the table, namely table tennis! There's a nice spot in Friedrichshain outdoors, which we can use, but you need your own equipment. We'll meet at a meeting point nearby and then go there together. In case weather changes, we go to the place from last time that has a table tennis inside. MEETING TIME: 8pm START: 8:15pm \*\*\*IMPORTANT, since space is limited to 10 people and the group experience is best, when everyone arrives on time at the meeting point to get to know each other, make sure to: 1\. Be cool: If you mark yourself as going\, show up 2\. If you registered but can't make it anymore\, de\-register on time \(\!\)\, so someone from the waitlist takes your spot 3\. If you are late more than 15 minutes and message me when we already started or shortly before\, I'll not see it and can not send you the location\. Just decide early enough\, if you can make it at 8pm or not\, to keep the group experience coherent\.
