Also, come with 1–2 ideas of books that you’re really wanting to read. We’ll write them down, put them in a bowl, mix them up, and pick our next read together! Bring your laptop, pen & paper, old-school typewriter, or futuristic writing gadget, and join an enthusiastic community of science fiction and fantasy writers as we work on our current projects in the same space. The format will be similar to our online writing sprints: 30-minute blocks of focused, quiet writing time (the sprints), interspersed with breaks where we can chat, ask questions, and share our writing experiences.

We welcome you to the Bitcoin Bay Office for a workshop on "Blockspace Value Theory" (BVT). What is Blockspace Value Theory? Blockspace Value Theory (BVT) is a term originating from the Bitcoin Ordinals space, though it applies beyond ordinal inscriptions. BVT states that "Tokenized Blockspace" (inscriptions, runes, brc20 tokens and more) has a floor value proportional to the amount of blockspace used, and that the value roughly tracks price of transaction fees. BVT originates from Bitcoin, but can apply to other blockchains too. Come attend the workshop to find out more!
