In this session, you’ll train to execute at a higher tempo through competitive, game-like scenarios: • **High-Speed Transitions:** Move quickly and efficiently from defense to offense • **Base-to-Release Movement:** Support faster offensive systems with purposeful positioning • **Quick Attacks:** Develop timing and execution on middle “1s” and “3s” • **Advanced Setting Decisions:** Incorporate setter dumps and deceptive plays to keep opponents guessing Drills are designed to simulate fast-paced rallies where timing, communication, and precision are critical.
