It is an invitation to connect more deeply with yourself and others, and to explore what happens in the present moment as we relate together. We practice noticing, without judgement, what is happening **within us and between us** right now. This may include observing: ✨ Sensations in the body ✨ Emotions as they arise ✨ Thoughts and inner narratives ✨ The subtle dynamics of connection with others By becoming more aware of our present-moment experience, we begin to understand ourselves more fully, lead ourselves more wisely, and cultivate trust in our own inner knowing. **What we’ll do** 🌱 Each session begins with gentle exercises that help us arrive, settle, and connect.
