**An honest conversation about the lifelong practice of knowing yourself, and showing up as yourself.** Over the past three months, Confidence Lab has explored a simple but powerful idea: confidence begins with seeing ourselves clearly. Self-awareness isn't something we achieve once, it's a lifelong practice. As we become more aware of our strengths, patterns, values, and blind spots, we gain the ability to make choices that are more intentional, more aligned, and more authentic. Join us as we wrap up our first quarterly theme, **Seeing Clearly**, with an engaging conversation about what it really takes to continue growing in self-awareness over time. **Description** What does it mean to know yourself? Not just in theory, but in the middle of everyday life? In this special fireside conversation, we'll sit down with community builder, storyteller, and Columbus influencer **Jeannette Burchfield** to explore her personal journey of self-awareness. Together, we'll discuss the experiences, relationships, feedback, and daily practices that have helped her become more grounded in who she is and how that ongoing work has shaped the way she lives, leads, and connects with others. Columbus Code & Coffee is an inclusive, informal co-working session. People of all skill levels attend, and we love it that way. Many people (optionally) bring projects to work on, and many other people (optionally) socialize the entire time. It's entirely up to you! **What to Expect at the Intro Circle** \~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~ Near the beginning of the event (1:30 pm), we do a standup: * Organizer announcements, updates, and logistics Round 1 - (7 secs max): * Your name * What you're working on * What you can help others with Round 2: * Community events you wanna plug.
