Power Walk

We will meet at the Burns Park boat dock ( look at map) and power walk about 5.5 miles. We will go up 9 switch backs to Emerald Park, walk around , down and vack around on the river trail .
Bring water, it will be hot. This is more of a let's beat the heat and get some miles in before it gets hot. If you have a question let me know.
