Welcome. This is a space for movement, community, and showing up for yourself.

LUMI Yoga & Pilates is a boutique studio in the heart of Berlin's Europacity. We offer yoga and Pilates classes for every level — taught by a small, carefully chosen team of teachers who genuinely care about the people in the room.

We run regular workshops, community classes, and special events throughout the year. Some are quiet and introspective. Some end with brunch or aperitivo on a rooftop. All of them are worth your time.

You'll find us at Heidestraße 19, 10557 Berlin — a few minutes from Hauptbahnhof.

Your body after birth is not broken. It's doing something extraordinarily complex — and nobody explained it to you.

Postpartum Decoded is a four-week workshop series that changes that.

Every Friday in June, Paola Carrillo Bustamante — computational biologist, biomedical engineer, and mother — brings the real science of postpartum recovery into the room. Not as a list of symptoms to fix, but as a connected system to finally understand.

Each session covers a different layer:

Week 1 (5 June) — Your Body as a System Hormones, tissue repair, brain and nervous system — why recovery is a spiral, not a sprint.

Week 2 (12 June) — Your Brain and Nervous System The neuroscience behind the fog, the identity shift, and intrusive thoughts — plus tools that actually help.

Week 3 (19 June) — Fuelling and Rebuilding Your Foundation Why you feel depleted, what your body needs to rebuild, and why Kegels alone aren't the answer.

Week 4 (26 June) — Integration and What Comes Next Bringing it all together and building your personalised roadmap forward.

No platitudes. No bounce-back narratives. Just honest, science-backed information held with warmth and lived experience.
