Blend.Co offers a full menu of coffee, pastries, and breakfast items - grab something tasty downstairs and head upstairs to settle in. We’ll begin with gentle breath-work to wake up the body, followed by a guided meditation to bring you fully into the present moment.

From there, you’ll be guided through intention setting.. choosing how you want to show up for the day ahead, and a short journaling practice to help you carry that intention into your day.
