A relaxed and supportive group for anyone dealing with mental health challenges, social anxiety, panic attacks, stress, loneliness, or simply wanting connection with others who understand.
There’s no pressure to talk, share, or socialise in any particular way — just come as you are. Whether you feel chatty or quiet, anxious or confident, you’ll be welcome.
Our first meetup will be a gentle nature walk round Wardown park, luton. We’ll walk together, get some fresh air, and create a calm space where people can connect naturally at their own pace.
This is about support, understanding, and reminding each other that nobody has to go through things alone.
What to expect:
