My name is Soila and I'm an almost 7-year-old Lisboeta originally from Finland.
In the early days of my LX years I found my way to this Saturday night event that took place every week following the same routine, eating out + having drinks after. During these Saturday nights I met as locals as foreigners, travellers but also new LX expats as myself.
This is a summer series of monthly events trying to replicate that spirit and event I attended myself all those years ago. The restaurant + bar are different though.
I've booked a table for 15 (I can try to add spots later) at Māteria, Pizza & Amore - I believe they make their own pasta + lots of Italians go here for pizza! They have vegetarian options but only 1-2 for vegan and unfortunately no gluten free pizza.
After the delicious meal whoever wants we can head to Arraial (the june festivies) for a drink. I will find out which one of these freguesias would have it on 22nd (Arroios, Areeiro, Campo Pequeno)
Confirmations + No Show (Dinner):
If you're a first timer I will send a message (here in meetup) approx. 72h before the dinner to confirm your participation. If I don't get reply 24h before the dinner begins your spot will be given to the next one on the waiting list.
The same goes for waiting list people if and when moved to participant. This is just to prevent no show.
No Show / last minute cancel (12h or so) people will be banned for the next 3 meetups. Please cancel on time if you cannot make it!
