This group is for anyone 50+ years young who is looking to get out & about and make new friends. Let's have some fun together!
We dine in (potluck). We dine out. We walk. We hike. We go to the theatre. We go to the movies. We attend local events. Those are just some examples. We try to be as diverse as we can. It's all based on attendance.
We welcome event ideas. If there is something that you would like to do and/or try, please send the group a message or send a private message to the Organizers. We will do our best to turn everyone's ideas into an event.

Hike New London Tech Trail - Orange Loop
1536 Meade Rd, Forest, VA, USLet's hike the Orange Loop at 4.2 miles. NOTE: use the gravel road at edge of the Fire/Rescue entrance and park behind there. On the right as you enter the tech park. * An early Bail Out hiking option is avl at appx 1.5 miles. Bring sturdy footwear, water, probably bug spray .... the usual. Has rock and roots. Murder, The Next Generation
The Asteroid-6 isn’t much of a space station, as space stations go, but I call it home. There’s twenty docking bays, a dozen cargo holds, one duty-free gift shop and a little supper club where I spend most of my time, because that’s where I’m usually needed – and also, I don’t have an office. Besides I like the club’s name – Deep Space Noir. The proprietor is a sleazy merengay named Fork. With a smile and a wink, he’ll take you for everything you’ve got and then sell it right back to you for more than it’s worth. But then again, so would a lot of others in the place. Yeah, this is a tough place to be, particularly when you spend your nights mopping up the proverbial floor of the collective conscience. Then again, in space it’s always night.Individual tickets are $20.00
