About us
Around the Table Game Pub is a Lynnwood game store and meeting place for gamers, game enthusiasts, sci-fi and fantasy fans, beer drinkers and cider lovers. But we're more than just a pub, we want to grow a community of people who love these things as much as we do in the North King County/South Snohomish County area.
While many of these events will take place at our pub, feel free to add your own events elsewhere. Happy gaming!

Magic: The Gathering: The Hobbit PreRelease - Two Headed Giant
Around the Table Boardgame Pub, 7600 196th St SW #300, Lynnwood, WA, USIn a hole in the ground, there lived a Magic-playing Hobbit!
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we'll be hosting PreRelease events for Magic: The Hobbit, with a multiverse of prizes for participants. Save your spot by pre-registering, or grab a box to draft with friends!
Join us at Around the Table Game Pub for 3 sessions of Sealed Deck play: Friday @ 7pm, Saturday @ Noon, and Sunday @ 2pm. Plus a session of 2HG Saturday @ 7pm!
Enjoy our newly-remodeled space, partake in our themed drinks, exclusive to these events, and above all, have a great time!
Here’s a look at each of our events and what’s special about each:
Friday, August 7th at 7pm -- The Red Eye
• The event starts promptly at 7pm.
• The event will be 3 rounds, so expect to be done about 11:30pm.Saturday, August 8th at Noon -- The Main Event
• The event starts promptly at Noon.
• The event will be 4 rounds, so expect to play for about 5 hours.Saturday, August 8th at 7pm -- Two-Headed Giant
• The event starts promptly at 7pm.
• Registration is for two-person teams, not individuals, so make sure we know who your teammate is.Sunday, August 9th at 2pm -- Sunday Fun
• The event starts promptly at 2pm.
• The event will be 4 rounds, so expect to play for about 5 hours.Inside each Prerelease box, there will be:
• 6 Hobbit Play Boosters
• 1 Traditional Foil Rare/Mythic with a year stamp
• Spindown life counterThe cost to register for this tournament is $47.99 + tax.
All ages and skill-levels are welcome. Prizes will include 1 Play booster pack per person and more for the top places.
