The Metrics.Events.Logs.Inventory.Glue MeetUp explores how to architect and operate IT infrastructure that is fun to work with. The four hot topics are Metrics (think Graphite, InfluxDB, OpenTSDB), Events& Logs (ELK, Graylog, fluentd) and Inventory (traditional, GraphDB). As a wildcard Glue provides an hook to throw in new and interesting topics that support IT operation like containers, new message passing (e.g. heka), data center management tools (Consul) and alike.

The logo of a unicorn horn strapped to a work-horse is no coincidence. I rather would like to share actionable knowledge then unicorn-land stuff that's not applicable on my MacBook Pro nor 'normal (TM)' work environments.
