16:00-16:10 - Welcome & Introductions

16:10-17:00 - Microsoft Teams Live Events: Case Study M365 Virtual Marathon - Joel Oleson MVP & RD, Ryan Schouten MVP, Galen Keene

The Microsoft 365 Virtual Marathon was born out of a desire to connect with the global community virtually. With physical events being cancelled world wide, our committee decided to embrace Microsoft Teams platform and the global community. We decided we wanted to support more than 300 sessions over 36 hours. Building the event on Microsoft Teams live events we would need to train and recruit many volunteers and learn how to produce up to 22 simultaneous sessions live! The community and Microsoft support was overwhelming. Ultimately we’d deliver over 400 sessions from over 300 speakers to around 12750 registered attendees. In this session we’ll look at the technology, what we learned, best practices and tips & tricks to help you understand what you need to do it yourself.

17:00-17:10 - Break

17:10-18:00 - The Most Productive Teams are Empowered - Chris Hoard MVP

Teams is the fastest growing app in Microsoft history - and it's success is undisputed. When we think of Teams workloads we have chat, files, meetings and calling. We also have apps. However, when we think of Teams - whether that is working in the office or working from home - how far does the native functionality in Teams empower the Team? This session will look at the Power Platform and examples of how the Power Platform can be used with Microsoft Teams to act, automate and analyse and take every Team to a new level of Teamwork.

18:00 - Finish
