Sketched out simply and realistically, the session will provide you with the blueprints you need to ensure your workspaces, content, and users can be governed effectively.

Back in October 2020 at this M365UK meetup (https://youtu.be/E0UBuOwp4uw?t=278), Stephen Wade at Department for Works & Pensions (DWP) and Lesley Crook presented an audacious Microsoft Teams story on behalf of the joint project team deploying and nurturing user adoption to over 100,000 employees. At the last session reached over 20,000 embedding a unique top-down/up-skilling change programme with leader-led training in Live Events, and with a unique pioneering Teams Champions programme in Teams Meetings. They are returning to share their experience and insights as the Teams project has successfully reached all 100,000 staff covering Job Centres right across the UK.

Experienced Microsoft 365 specialist with demonstrated experience of solution design, implementation and adoption.
Over the last 3 years I have worked across the M365 suite, giving the opportunity to develop key skills including SharePoint, Power Automate & Microsoft Teams. In addition I have a keen interest in the development of Enterprise Mobility that the modern workplace encourages. With this I have previously worked on Intune and Maas360 deployments involving Win10, iOS and Android Enterprise rollouts.
I continue to be a determined information technology professional from having achieved a 1st class degree in Business Information Systems BSc(Hons) from Northumbria University.
