"$30" ... What's the first thing you hear when talking about Copilot for Microsoft 365's pricing? Right ... "What is its ROI?" (Return on Investment). Don't be fooled by some finance-magicians out there. It is not just a simple 'back of the napkin' calculation that will answer this question. It is much more complicated than that!
I was one of the lucky ones to use Copilot since August 2023. Based on personal experiences and a many discussion with (potential) customers, today, I will take you through a very good approach to calculate the ROI of Copilot for Microsoft 365.

There are lots of options but how do you know which one to go for?
In this talk, we discuss the terminology, disseminate the options, be brutally honest about what is working and what is not right now, and talk about the pros and cons of each.
