Coding Meet Up - End of Year Wrap Up Part II

Hey team! We've received feedback from some folks, so for our last two meetings of this year, we're going to try a little bit different format. We will meet up at Ocmulgee Brewpub downtown on Tuesday the 10th and Saturday the 21st of December for a hackathon-style meet. There is an agenda below, to help keep us on track. We will briefly discuss the MVP list we came up with for the end-of-year demo, current state of the project, and split up to work on ToDo items (either in groups or solo). Both of these meetings are important, as we hope to demo to the Knight Foundation at the end of the year. Both the demo and your feedback on the new format will drive future plans for the group and projects. I would like to see these last two 2024 meetings primarily focus on knocking out the features we already came up with, so I would encourage everyone to clone the repo and get your environments set up beforehand (if you can't, that's okay! We can help out!). These meetings would be a great time for all of us to collaborate, so if there is a ticket you'd like to tackle, give it a go! Bring your code to the meeting, and we can help you out with it. The repo has been updated with some basic functionality, and a list of tickets that should get us pretty close to MVP. I believe there is enough example code to cover each ticket on the board. A Getting Started page is coming soon, so folks that want to get a jump on a ticket can do so. Anyone who wants to can self-assign (but don't feel like you can't work the same ticket as someone else).
