CANCEL!! RAINED OUT Blood Mountain hike

Sat 25th- Hiking on AT trail to Blood Mountain. Day Save the date.. make travel plans.

Meeting at the Byron Reece parking area 9:30 a.m.. This is ~6 miles round trip . Trail is steep. ...on the AT trail. The goal is blood Mountain but we will see if we make it!! pace easy, but not for beginners

Be sure to bring plenty of hydration, snacks (salty ones),and lunch, walking poles, bug spray, hat ( be prepared: rain poncho, dry socks!).
