Bristol old city sounds festival (Free)

Old City Sounds is returning to our beloved Old City once more this August Bank Holiday, from 11am till late on Saturday 23 August 2025.

From toe-tapping jazz and traditional Irish folk to immersive DJs and heart-pounding alt-rock, experience the best of Bristol’s music scene this August.

Music lovers are invited to join us in celebrating Bristol’s vibrant music scene and supporting local grassroots venues. Our creative kids zone is also making a welcome return to inspire future generations of musicians. Get ready for back-to-back music and entertainment from 11am until late.

We will start at 11am at the old Vic for the first gig bought to you by Sofar Sounds
