What is conscious hiking ?
A guided hike in which we learn:
-optional simple therapeutic exercises focused on inner growth & health improvement
- about the mysteries of our inner nature reflected in the outer nature
- to be present
- to connect and heal through nature
- to enjoy the journey

Type of hike:
Medium, some ups and downs , good physical shape required
Attentive - it is a hike ( not a sitting meditation class ,or picnic or easy levada walk)
🎒 what to bring :
-always a layer & light waterproof jacket, good hiking shoes, water,
swimming suit (*optional), positive vibes
