Have you ever wanted to see how the water we use is cleaned up and returned to nature? Let's take a plant tour of the District’s Nine Springs Wastewater Treatment Plant. You will learn about Madison's waste treatment process and how you can help protect our shared water resources. Walking (0.7 miles) is involved with flights of stairs. You will walk on uneven grass. Please wear sturdy shoes with good grip. Open toe shoes, sandals, or any shoe with heel is NOT ALLOWED. My events have always been disability friendly, but this one definitely is not. You will get more information with your free ticket.
