Buy your ticket at Olbrich for a 4-week Essentrics class, and meet afterward with friends at Garver Feed Mill for light refreshment coffee at Ledger Coffee Roasters. Ledger is located 0.1 miles behind Olbrich Gardens and accessed from the rear of the Olbrich parking lot. Cheryl will bring a fun easy-to-play game for those that might like a longer outing with their coffee, after we chat for a bit. Buy before Olbrich runs out. This Meetup event will not accept RSVPs after March 2.

Essentrics is somewhat like gentle flow yoga, combined with a bit of barre work and Tai Chi and physical therapy nerve glides. Olbrich provides a great introduction to this exercise that you can continue at home via Youtube, streaming from Essentrics, or with Classical Stretch DVDs. Your host finds this gentle movement to be great after recovery from hip, knee, and lower back ailments. Those who danced more in their younger years will particularly like it.
