Are you looking for fun ways to meet people and visit different places around the city?
Do you have a passion for Dance Dance Revolution that your friends don't quite understand?
Do you yearn to tap your twinkle toes up on that metal stage with a potential friend?!
If so, welcome to the Madison Area Dance Dance Revolution Players, or *MADDR(pronounced "Madder") Players.
Every week, we rotate to a different arcade to play on their rhythm step arcade gaming system, such as **DDR, StepMania, or Pump It Up. Some places may be arcade bars. Some will be regular arcades. Events at bars will be 21+, depending on the time of day. All other events will be 18+.
Some bars that have systems:
East side- Castlecade
Downtown- Double Tap Beercade
West side- Geeks Mania, Sparetime, Dave & Busters
*This is a new group, so the name is still TBD. We can come up with a much cooler one later!)
**Due to the inconsistency of the step charts(the arrows are offbeat), this group ironically will not be visiting places with the DDR(Dance Dance Revolution) systems. This includes I/O Arcade and Afterschock.
