Costume Halloween Party with Potluck and Bonfire

Details
The Halloween Party is an annual event that I have had for many many years, other than a short break during the COVID peak. Costumes are encouraged and almost everyone wears one. It is pretty cool to see all the costumes around a fire! There are two driveways, the new left/upper one will bring you to the new main entrance and the three-level waterfall, or you can also park in the lower area but will have to walk further and will need a light. Please leave some parking at the very top for those who have walking difficulties. Although kids are always welcome, please be aware there will be alcohol. I make a pretty strong Halloween punch, but I also make a nonalcoholic one. My son and likely his girlfriend will be there....he will have just turned 23. If you come early enough, you will see a beautiful view from the deck, overlooking the valley and out to the Baraboo bluffs. From the living and dining rooms, you can see both the view and the waterfall.
Bring a dish and a beverage....it would help A LOT if you will post what you will bring in the comments. We have a grill available. You can also camp here as there is a lot of room/land. FYI - we do have two English Cream Golden Retrievers. They love attention, especially the younger one. LOL
Things to bring:
- Yourself!!! (in costume if you can, but not required for entry.) ha ha
- A dish to share - see list of ideas below/please let us know what you will bring. If it has onions in it, please let me know or put a sign on it due to my allergy.
- Beverage
- Chair (we have some, but not enough)
....and then be ready to share in the fun and laughter of the evening!!
Happy Halloweeeeeeen....
Kathryn, Dwight, and Braden
and Gracie (momma dog) and Coco (her baby)
IDEAS FOR WHAT YOU CAN BRING: We always need salad, cheese/sausage tray, veggie tray, fruit, appetizer/fun holiday food, meat (identify), buns, casserole or main dish, potato or macaroni dish, dessert, alcohol, soda , chips & dip/salsa If anybody would want to bring dry ice for the Witches' Cauldron (or pitch in for it), that would be great. It is pretty cool see. A big chunk of dry ice would be preferable but any would be welcome.
I have this in other groups also, so if you are in multiple groups, just sign up in one. Also please update your RSVP if it changes so that we know for count and for food/beverages.
