### Welcome to Taiji Essence: Northside Practice Group

This group was created to nurture a community of open-minded martial artists and movement practitioners—especially those drawn to the deeper essence of Taiji, Qigong, and internal martial arts. Whether you train Chen style, another lineage, or are exploring new paths, this is a space to share knowledge, support each other, and stay connected to meaningful practice.
Our mission is to help every member grow—even if their path looks different from yours.

### 🌱 Group Rules – Taiji Essence: Northside Practice Group

  1. Open Minds, Open Palms
    This group welcomes all styles and skill levels. Whether your roots are in Chen Taiji, Qigong, meditation, or other arts—this is a place for learning, not judgment.
  2. Respect the Flow
    All members are expected to engage with courtesy and humility. Differences in training methods are opportunities, not obstacles. Leave ego at the door.
  3. Practice, Not Preach
    Share from experience, not superiority. Posts and comments should support inquiry, reflection, and genuine growth—not one-size-fits-all instruction.
  4. Stay in Harmony
    Disagreements may arise, but they must remain respectful and grounded in dialogue—not argument. We're here to deepen practice, not win debates.
  5. Permission Before Promotion
    If you’d like to share an event, workshop, or class, please get approval from an admin first. This keeps our group focused and useful to all.
  6. Be Real, Be Present
    Your voice matters. Whether you’re a day-one beginner or a lifelong student, we value authentic contributions that come from lived practice.

Our mission is to foster a welcoming, non-dogmatic space where tradition meets innovation, and where every body can explore what it means to move, train, and live with purpose.
