Everyone can do this: walk slow, walk fast, jog slow - just go, it'll be over soon!
This is the safest, yet most vigorous heart/lung workout you can get. And it's social! We may go up the hill at our own pace, but all walk down slowly together.
Go barefoot, bring your dogs, leave your kids on a blanket, push a stroller - anything goes on the hill, cause it's all contained right there.
Meet at the foot of Elver Park at 7 a.m. every Friday and Monday.
