We'll do a few slow warm-up walks together, then all settle into our own pace on the way up.
Then walk back down slowly together.
This will be a great workout for your heart, lungs, and legs/butt.
But it's DO-ABLE, as the hard work only lasts for 20-30 seconds!
We'll stretch together afterwards.
Bring water!
