Zendo Principles of Psychedelic Peer Support

We are excited to host a collaboration with the Global Psychedelic Society (GPS) -- a network of Psychedelic Societies, and the Zendo Project — a leader in psychedelic peer support education. Join us for a live training from the Zendo Project and learn how to support others through challenging psychedelic experiences with skill, presence, and care.

The training will begin at 2pm sharp, so please arrive with enough time to get comfortable. We will have chairs and tables and tea, feel free to bring comfy seating, non-intoxicating drinks or snacks, and focus toys!

This workshop will introduce the four Principles of Psychedelic Harm Reduction:
✔️Safe space
✔️Sitting, not guiding
✔️Through, not down
✔️Difficult is not necessarily bad

We'll go beyond theory and practice these skills with interactive breakout groups and discussions to help ground these principles in real-world peer support.

The GPS is streaming this workshop exclusively to in-person watch party events hosted by local Psychedelic Societies like ours around the world. They will also be providing us with prompts to support continued learning after the workshop.
