The Madison Psychedelic Society PTSD/Recovery Meeting for Women is a trauma-
informed peer support group, creating a compassionate, non-judgmental and safe space for all cis/trans
women/femmes who are recovering from addiction, trauma, and mental or behavioral health challenges. This meeting is strictly for peer support; it is not a substitute for medical advice, therapy, or
professional treatment. Together, we share experiences, and support each other in a non-
judgmental, confidential environment while honoring that each person’s recovery journey is truly
unique.

This meeting is for those who incorporate psychedelics therapeutically in their recovery journey
as well as for those who are curious about it or just want to talk/be with people who understand.
Our community welcomes individuals currently receiving formal treatment through clinics who
may be supplementing their care with psychedelics, as well as those who are self-medicating
without traditional treatment. We encourage participants to consider seeking professional
counseling or treatment to complement their journey whenever possible.

We welcome you to share your experiences and actively listen to others to foster growth and
fully benefit from our journeys in a supportive and communal space.

Suggested contribution of $5 cash or via Venmo at @MadisonPsychedelicSociety helps
make MPS self-sustaining! This meeting is indoors; masks are welcome and optional.

Madison Psychedelic Society cannot condone to use of illegal or controlled substances and does not allow the use, sale, solicitation, seeking or sharing of controlled substances at our events.
